The Institut national du patrimoine (Inp) is a school for further studies governed by the Ministry of Culture and Communication.
Its mission is to recruit - through competitive examinations – and train curators of heritage for the State, the Regional Authorities and the City of Paris, as well as conservators of heritage. Inp is the only school in Europe dispensing training for both of these closely related professions.
