At the end of the training program, student-curators are assessed by a jury presided by the Director of the school. This jury will take into account the results obtained throughout the course of studies and the quality of the work done during placements.

Students are awarded the Diploma of Curator of Heritage or the Diploma of the Institut National du Patrimoine (for territorial curators).

After qualifying, State and City of Paris curators are posted to a relevant heritage service or agency by their respective authorities.

Territorial (Regional Authority) curators, after registering, can be recruited by local authorities for a position within a regional heritage agency.
