By offering its in-training programmes, the Inp endeavours to give an up to date answer to the requirements of professionals of cultural heritage, whether they work in state institutions and local authorities, or in private sectors. Training programmes meeting specific requirements of public or private organizations can be carried out "on demand".
The Inp welcomes professional foreigners and organizes sessions abroad.
In-training programmes cover the whole needs of the cultural heritage line, from strategic questions (for instance, Schools, museums, archives, monuments... How to build together an artistic and cultural project) to thematic approaches (for instance, "The Naval and fluvial cultural heritage : How to share the passion of the sea", or "Materials used for preventive restoration or reinforcement of pictural layers on parchments"). Such sessions allow to renew the practices of the trades of cultural heritage and to deal with current issues, should they belong to the realm of curating or restoring cultural riches.
