The Inp is the reference in the field of cultural heritage : more than 30 years of experience, expertise and innovation in the design and implementation of continuing education for professionals working in the field of conservation, restoration and enhancement of heritage elements.
Our mission : to transmit knowledge, promote exchanges on both a national and international level in order to encourage innovation and optimise best practices.
The Inp can offer your associates in-house and tailor-made courses adapted to their specific needs. Our training courses can take place within the Inp or at your premises, in metropolitan France, overseas departments and territories or abroad.
Your in-house training : a course from the catalogue adapted on request
In addition to the annual professional training course catalogue with its objectives and predefined dates, the Inp can adapt, at your request, a training course from this catalogue. This on-going training proposal can include, in its programme, your culture and specific needs thus guaranteeing greater performance ambitions from your team.
Your tailor-made course : a specific training programme designed to meet your demands
Your tailor-made training programme is « haute couture », designed specifically, at your request, to meet the specific needs of your establishment and associates. Following a first phase of listening and analyses of your problematic issues, we can build together an appropriate and adapted educational response.
Our objective : to consolidate and upgrade the knowledge of your teams to better accompany or initiate responses that can be applied to specific situations, to increase the performance of your organisation, of your activities and of your working environment.
In 2016, the Inp organised 16 tailor-made training courses spread out over 65 days and welcomed 170 trainees.
